The name
Ectropy is the antonym of entropy. Entropy is the physical tendency of every system toward disorder -- a construction project is a live demonstration of it: information decays, coordination breaks, waste accumulates. Ectropy is the counter-force. We give a project one spatial truth, and we make every answer trace to a schema anyone can read.

A decade at USG's Ceilings Plus building the parametric software behind complex architectural ceiling installations -- including Hyatt Headquarters and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport -- recognized with a CISCA Construction Excellence Gold Award and BuiltWorlds' 2024 Adoption Leader award. Holds a US patent (9,322,165) on adjustable acoustic panel systems from an earlier venture. Now the sole inventor on the current patent portfolio and developer of the Ectropy kernel.
